  • Introduction

    This course aims to give more detailed instructions on mindful walking for those who have already followed the basic instructions guidelines.

    There are 3 steps in this course

    Step 1 - Basic Instructions refresher

    Step 2 - Observations and continuing the practice

    Step 3 - Special Observations and details

    When you are following the course, if you have any questions about how to practice or any observations that you need to clarify you can you the Discussion Forum option after every step to send your questions to the facilitator. They will reply to your question on the forum and you can get guidance for you practice directly.


  • Step 1 - Basic Instructions refresher

    As you may have already done several sessions of walking mindfulness, here is a short video to refresh your mind on the basic instructions of mindful walking.

    2. Carry out mindful walking for 30 minutes
    3. Note you observations in the discussion forum at the end of this section Step 1


  • Step 2 - Observations and continuing the practice

    Once you have practiced multiple times in the manner described in the basic instructions, now you can move onto observing further details about the sensations you feel when your feet touch the ground. The below short video will highlight the points to consider.

  • Step 3 - Special Observations and details

    In Step 3 you have learnt how to observer how parts of your feet touch the ground. In this step,  we encourage you to observe  the untouching parts of the foot.
